Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, eligible orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@reve.ski with your order number and, if exchanging, the style/size you’d like instead.

  2. Pack your item(s) in the original packaging.

  3. Ship to the address provided in our return confirmation email. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection. If everything is in new condition, you’ll receive either:

  • A refund to your original payment method (3–5 business days to process),

  • Store credit

  • A replacement item (we’ll invoice if there’s a price difference).

Policy Notes

  • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  • Final Sale: Discounted items, custom pieces, and service fees (e.g. expedited shipping).

  • Any duties/taxes paid are non-refundable.
