Shipping

We ship from our warehouses in the United States and China. Shipping times vary depending on the item ordered.

Ships from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

All Other Styles

Ship from our warehouse in Hangzhou, China. Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

All returns are processed at our US returns facility, regardless of the original shipping location.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
