Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?


Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on stock location, shipping typically takes 3–14 business days. We ship from both our U.S. and China warehouses, and you’re welcome to contact us at support@reveski.com if you’d like a specific estimate on a style.

 

Will I need to pay customs or duties?


Some international orders may be subject to local customs fees or duties. These are determined by your country’s regulations. If applicable, your courier will contact you directly.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?


Yes. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they are new, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

 

How do I start a return or exchange?

  1. Email support@reveski.com with your order number and, if exchanging, the style/size you’d like instead.

  2. Pack your item(s) in the original packaging.

  3. Ship to the return address provided in our confirmation email.

Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection. Once approved, you’ll receive a refund, store credit, or replacement item.

 

Are any items final sale?


Yes. Discounted products, custom orders, and service fees (such as expedited shipping) are final sale and not eligible for return.

Is Reve Ski warm enough for the mountain?


Yes! Our ski suits and outerwear are designed to perform on the slopes in a variety of conditions. We offer styles that are water-repellent, waterproof, and seam-sealed. For more details, feel free to contact us at support@reve.ski.
